All our Shared Hosting, and Multi Domains Hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund minus set-up fees and 15% transaction fees (admin & credit card charges) if you cancel your account within 30 days of account activation.

Our refund policy strictly only apply to our Shared Hosting, and Multi Domains Hosting Plans. No refunds are available after 30 days. All cancellation requests must be signed by the Account Holder and received in writing via fax or postal mail at our office.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by AValueWeb.com for violation of Acceptable Use Policy do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
